• Cryna Sunset this beautiful sunset only appeared after the sun had gone down

• Looking into the storm a series of fast moving storms coming in from the west

• Mt Barney Dawn sunrise from the road leading to the Lower Portals

• Lower Portals Lower Portals are at the base of Mt Barney on the north-eastern side. Compared to climbing Mt Barney itself it is an easy walk

• Beechmont Waterfall this is at the bottom of a reasonably steep gully and is one of the hidden treasures of the Scenic Rim region

• Silky Stream Within a very small area there were so many different shapes to the water flows.

• Fire over Flinder's Peak one evening, after a beautiful sunset the clouds opened and this amazing colour poured through

• Mount Sugarloaf in the distance the Great Dividing Range dominates the landscape

• Morning Mist another photo taken from a hot air balloon

• Hay Bales taken from a hot air balloon, this freshly baled paddock provided a good landing place

• Purling Falls Stream This delicately detailed, gentle stream soon becomes a towering torrent.

• Mt Greville Sunrise this sunrise overlooks Mt Greville and was taken within 200 metres of the Cunningham Highway

• The Gap in the Clouds This is Cunningham's Gap seen in the early morning with the mist clinging to the tops of the peaks.

• End of a Glorious Day A rare afternoon where I had the opportunity, and so deliberately drove 25 minutes to a vantage point to capture the beauty of this glorious sunset.

• Sunset, storm and smoke A thunderstorm at sunset with smoke in the foreground

• Full Moon Rising This scene is on the side of a reasonably busy country road. Most people miss the beauty all around us.

• Natural Bridge This amazing waterfall is in the hinterland of the Gold Coast.

• Hot Air standing inside an inflating balloon was the warmest place to be

• Cascading Glory this is downstream from Brown Falls, one of the falls near Queen Mary Falls at Killarney

• Palen Creek Dawn the scene to the East from Mt Gilles

• Evening Drama Instead of a thunderstorm this was the sunset. No thunder and lightning, but plenty of colour and drama

• Duck Creek Lookout the view from one of the lookouts on the 4WD track down from the Laminton plateau

• Memories of a Vibrant Day Memories of a Vibrant Day

• Mist in the Valley The Mt Barney region is spectacular. This panorama streches from Mt Barney to Mt Maroon.

• Flinders Peak Cloud as the sun disappeared over the horizon the light reflected off higher clouds to produce this wonderful scene
